Kathryn C. Collins

Kathryn C. Collins graduated cum laude from the State University of New York at Purchase with a Bachelors of Art in English and received a Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 2001. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the U.S. District Court, Southern, Northern and Eastern District of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, as well as the American Bar Association.

Prior to returning to the Hudson Valley where she grew up, Kathryn spent years as a partner at a well-respected law firm in New York City. She joined Feldman, Kleidman, Collins & Sappe LLP in 2016.

Kathryn has tried multiple cases to verdict in courts throughout New York State. Additionally, she has successfully defended cases involving medical malpractice, general liability and construction site accidents in both Federal and State Courts. Kathryn has lectured at medical and insurance conferences and at many metropolitan medical facilities on issues relating to medical malpractice and risk management.
