$45,000 settlement for piano playing girl’s wrist injured in auto accident
On May 8th of 2016 a ten year old girl was a passenger in her mom’s car in Putnam County. The defendant failed to stay in his lane and crossed over, striking the car carrying the girl head-on. The impact fractured the girl’s right wrist. The fracture was reduced using pins through the skin for a few weeks. She thankfully has no residual issues, no pain and no deformity. She plays the piano brilliantly. The case was settled, pre-suit, for $45,000.00.
